Gil Sawford is a business consultant, coach and facilitator who works with organisations, teams and individuals to ensure the achievement of corporate and personal objectives.

Along with running his own business for the past 10 years, Gil combines nine years of consulting experience with over fifteen years experience as a manager in the public and tertiary education sectors.

He has also worked for several years as a careers advisor, including managing the Careers Advisory Service at the University of Tasmania. Gil is currently the Human Resources coordinator for Wise Lord & Ferguson.

Gil has strong skills in coaching for improved performance, developing actions for enhancing and changing roles and the facilitation of both small and large groups to create desired futures.
