Alicia is a Manager and Consultant within Wise Lord & Ferguson with over eleven years of experience in the audit and consulting environment.  Alicia specialises in internal audit, risk management, and process review and improvement.

Alicia is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and has audit and consulting experience with a wide variety of clients.  Her current and previous clients include DPIW, DIER, DHHS, Department of Treasury and Finance, Clarence City Council, Tascorp, Tasmanian Perpetual Trustees Limited, MyState Financial, and Hydro Tasmania.  Alicia has project managed the risk assessment processes at TAFE Tasmania and DPIW, and has performed numerous internal audit and consulting assignments focusing on efficiency and effectiveness of processes and structures.

Alicia has experience and a strong interest in the areas of governance, process enhancement and review, and risk management.  She has completed a number of high level projects for various clients and brings to the table strong project management and communication abilities.

Alicia rejoined our audit division in 2002 after extending her experience in the United Kingdom where she worked in the investments division of a large public infrastructure and construction company performing shareholder and process reviews of their joint venture projects.
